||Pigfoot Square in Somerset, Ohio at the intersection of Route 22 and Route 668. The Perry County Historical and Cultural Arts Society proudly sponsors this event as a free, family-friendly community festival with local food, artisan and craft vendors, live local music and fun for the entire family!
General Info: Autumn leaves and artists will be descending on Somerset, Ohio’s Pigfoot Square on Saturday Oct 4 to celebrate the villages, and Perry County’s German heritage during the Oktoberfest. The festival highlights Perry County’s pioneer past at the Jacob Miller Tavern which was built by Somerset’s co-founder in 1807 when Thomas Jefferson was president. “Local art- Local food- Local Music- Local History will again be the theme of this sixth annual event A portion of the square set- up will be local artists displaying their wares alongside farmer’s market vendors and local business people.

Food: Food provides the aroma of sizzling bratwurst and will feature both German and American Fare. Menu items will include, but not limited to: Perry County Pork Bratwurst with Sauerkraut, Grilled Hot Dogs, Macaroni and Cheese, cookies, soft drinks and the famous Biergarten
